Our Lent Course 2026 will be based on reflections by Revd Magdalen called And Now For the Rest. These sessions look at different aspects of rest, asking whether our vocation as people and as a church community needs to become more reflective and contemplative rather than always busy. Each session uses a story, Bible passage, an image, poses questions and finishes with some form of prayer practice which everyone can easily participate in. 

Sessions will run on Wednesday evenings at St Paul's Balsall Heath, Mary Street from 7.30pm-9pm and duplicated on the following Thursday mornings at St Mary's, Moseley in the West Room from 10.00am-11.30am. All welcome.
