Advent and Christmas

Thanks to Mick, Rachel, Neil, Phil and Mark for recording this wonderful version of Philip Stopford's Christmas Blessing.

Advent

Advent Reflection

There's an opportunity this Advent to gather on Zoom and chat through some questions related to the weekly Advent in a Bag resource.

They give us a chance to think about the events of this year in relation to the Christmas story, with space for discussion, reflection and prayer together.

All are welcome - you can access the Advent in a Bag resource here.

The four sessions will be on Wednesdays from 7.30-8.30, beginning on 2nd December. Please contact the Church Office Zoom login details if you do not currently receive our Weekly Bulletin.

Advent Prayer Calendar

Can you take a moment each day during Advent to pray?

This year’s Prayer Calendar follows the themes from the Advent in a Bag for each of the Sundays in Advent.
You may like to light a candle at home when you pray.  You can access the calendar here.

Advent Trail (Carolling our Way to Christmas)

After the success of our October Light Trail, we have decided to host another trail based on our favourite Christmas carols. Join us at any time from Saturday 19th December until Christmas Day.  Why not experience your favourite Christmas carols in a variety of settings and reflect upon the coming of Christmas as you enjoy your daily exercise? This walk is suitable for all ages but to experience all elements of the trail, you will need to have a smart phone with you.
Please register on the form below and we will send you further details.
